Below you can find descriptions of each of our class styles. We welcome all levels of experience to every class. Our instructors always do their best to offer options and variations throughout class so you can adjust the practice to best suit what you need on any given day.

Our flagship class: This practice is heated up to 90 degrees and moves at a slightly faster pace. It has options for students who want to add in more advanced poses and modifications to make the practice suit your level of experience are always welcome.
Try this class from a few instructors to experience their unique styles.

A combination of Vinyasa flow with a longer Yin finish. This practice moves at a slightly faster pace and has options for students who want to add in more advanced poses. Heated up to 90 degrees for flow and cooled down towards end of class. All levels welcome.

The shorter version of our most popular class. Heated (up to 90 degrees) power vinyasa flow class. A physically challenging class with options to amp it up or modify as needed. This class moves quickly but still incorporates a warm up and a finishing series.

This class breaks down and teaches the basics of Vinyasa Flow style at a slower pace. Alignment, incorporating props, breath work, and names of the poses will be the focus. It is still be challenging and a full workout, but geared towards new yogis. The temperature of class is kept around 78 degrees.

A gentle practice for all levels. Relaxing poses are each held for 3 - 5 minutes, done sitting or lying on mat with use of props to support each individual practitioners' unique needs. This class is truly an amazing experience for all levels.
This class requires props, please bring two blankets, a bolster, two blocks, and a yoga strap, if you have them.

This class is for all levels. Gentle to moderate stretches are held for long periods of time to let the body relax, therefore allowing the tension to be released deeper into the body. The class is physically simple, the challenge lies in using breath and meditative techniques to keep the mind calm.
Please bring at least two blankets and a block to class, if you have them.

Yoga Conditioning blends dynamic strength training and conditioning drills with the mindful principles of yoga for greater cardiorespiratory fitness, agility, and overall strength. Featuring high intensity intervals and/or the use of light-resistance props.
All levels are welcome; options will be provided throughout.

45 minutes of Power Yoga. Although this class is short, you will definitely get a challenging workout while having a great time. Class will move quickly yet focuses on finding breath with movement. Class is heated up to 90 degrees.

Every Sunday the Vasa teachers lead a basic, all levels flow class at the Brewery! This class is not heated and donation based. Stay after and enjoy a beer!
